PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.

ORDERING
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to the total order at check out.

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

PAYMENT
We accept check, money order or paypal payments. We accept credit cards through paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account.

PRIVACY POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Outta the Blue Studio LLC. It is our top priority to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions with us. Information received from you, including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card number is always kept confidential. Outta the Blue only uses this information for order fulfillment, billing, and shipping purposes. We do not share any information about you with anyone else.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Outta the Blue Studio LLC hand-paints every item as special orders, just for you. Because of this, hand-crafted items cannot be returned, as they were made exclusively for the customer. If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so within 2 business days of your original order date.

DELIVERY TIME
Because all products at Outta the Blue Studio LLC are special, made-to-order original art pieces, shipping times given in the product description are estimates. We put great creativeness into our artwork, so please be patient about the delivery time frame. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been shipped. Thank you!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All of our artwork creations at Outta the Blue Studio LLC are designed by our artist, Michelle Dugan. Michelle takes great pride in her artwork and will do her best to fulfill customers special orders and special requests in a timely manner with high quality results. Please understand that each piece is made-to-order, just for you, so there will be slight variations from the online images and your personal order. Hand-painted artwork is a unique item. Enjoy yours!

Even though Outta the Blue Studio LLC Artwork is whimsical, fun, and made to be displayed in a child’s room, please remember that all of our products are for decorative purposes only. Please keep all artwork out of the reach of children. Products may contain small pieces that could pose a choking hazard. If your item(s) is gift wrapped in cellophane and ribbons, please discard the wrapping after the gift recipient receives their gift, as it could pose a suffocation or choking hazard. We cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in injury that involve any products sold on outta-the-blue.com (or) Outta the Blue Studio LLC. Thank you for helping to keep our children safe!

GIFT WRAPPING
Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee of $5.95 per item. The product or artwork will be wrapped in clear cellophane (so the gift recipient can see the beauty), embellished with curling ribbon, satin ribbon, and a beautiful gift card (which can be filled out for you if you are sending as a gift to a different address.) After the item is giftwrapped, it will be placed in a shipping box with bubble wrapping and will ship to either you or the person you have chosen this wall art for!

ORDER STATUS
To check on your order, please refer to item ordered where approximate ship times are noted. Please email us anytime at fairyduster@outta-the-blue.com . When inquiring about your order, please be sure to give us your name and order number. We will do our best to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and password. TAX
Purchases shipped to New Jersey residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Also 5% shipping charges will be automatically added for shipping orders.
Delivery/Handling charges (to the continental US only):

Ground shipments may be shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. Priority mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive after you receive your shipping email confirmation, but this time frame is not guaranteed. UPS Ground shipments may take up to 5 business days to arrive from date of shipment. Again, you will receive an email shipping confirmation from Outta the Blue Studio LLC.
